"There's more than I could ever have imagined. A friend got me a record player not long after I came here as well." Sybil smiles encouragingly, knowing just how it feels. She's had that look often enough herself. "There were composers and singers and so much to listen to. We had one ourselves back in my own home, but the recordings are of such high quality it amazed me."

Sybil thinks the last very firmly, having seen gangrene and other infections and their toll on so many. "I would trade near anything to be able to take penicillin home with me.
